NexoVet is a management system for veterinary clinics and animal hospitals. It brings medical records, pet owners and their accounts, the appointment calendar, reminders, hospitalization, pet boarding, the cash register and inventory together on one web platform. It is a product of Patagonia-Soft.
No. NexoVet is 100% web: you use it from the browser on any computer, tablet or phone, with no installation. Each clinic has its own branding inside the system and several professionals can work at the same time.
The fee is per clinic, with users included. Essential costs USD 29 per month (up to 2 users), Professional USD 59 (up to 6 users) and Clinic Plus / Hospital USD 99 (up to 15 users). Enterprise is quoted individually. Prices are in US dollars, excluding VAT, and invoices are issued in Argentine pesos at the official BNA selling rate. Annual billing has a 15% discount.
Yes. The system supports bulk import of patients and pet owners from CSV or Excel files. The implementation and migration service includes the initial load of patients and pet owners, the setup of supplies and prices, and team training.
Every plan includes internal receipts (non-fiscal documents). Electronic invoicing with tax validity before AFIP/ARCA, Argentina's tax authority, is available as an add-on, from USD 9 per month depending on the plan.
Yes. Manual WhatsApp reminders, with one click to the owner, are included in every plan. Automatic sending is a separate add-on.
No. NexoVet uses role-based permissions for administration and veterinarians, so each person only accesses what they need for their job.
